What does career growth look like at Jimmy John's? We are a seven store franchise and growing with multiple levels of management positions available! Each store runs with a management team that oversees the functions and operations of their store, as well as training future managers. Above them, we have an Area Manager and Director of Operations and finally the owners of the stores who are local and are regularly seen working at their locations. With more stores opening in the future, we are always on the lookout for our next set of managers!
