Shift Leader

$15 - 20 per hour

Join Chick-fil-A Bellevue and be part of a loving, enthusiastic culture where you can make a difference every day. With various shifts available between 6:00AM -10:30PM, you will play a vital role in supervising assigned stations and creating outstanding guest experiences.

As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily shift operations, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with company standards. Specific responsibilities will include food safety, team member breaks, speed-of-service, labor goals, cash counting, and opening/closing the restaurant.

Previous management/leadership experience is required. (prior restaurant industry experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

Work hands-on in daily operations 95% or more of the time
Oversee team member breaks
Help with in-the-moment training
Manage staffing levels and achieve business results
Maintain positive relationships with employees
Act as a subject matter expert for hospitality, customer service, and kitchen support
Meet physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Must have Friday and Saturday Availability
Must have availability to close 3 days per week, one of which must be Friday or Saturday night.
