Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards and food safety regulations.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times, including: wash dishes (be able to fully submerge hands in water) and surfaces with restaurant grade cleaners.
Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
Keep up-to-date with new products and training rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
Complete all tasks and duties as assigned and in a timely manner.
Have the ability to lift and carry 20lbs on a regular basis.
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
