Position: Stockroom and Warehouse Employee (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

About Us:

Fine Designs is a leading custom apparel and event company specializing in onsite merchandise for sports tournaments. As our company grows, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a full-time capacity, merging stockroom and warehouse responsibilities into one comprehensive role.

Responsibilities:

• Stockroom Duties:
• Count and pack the correct amounts of apparel for upcoming events.
• Receive, unpack, and organize shipments of new apparel.
• Restock unsold merchandise after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom.
• Warehouse Duties:
• Load and unload merchandise into vans and trailers per load lists.
• Maintain and inventory tools and equipment needed for event sales.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with deliveries for stock and equipment at on-site events for additional compensation.
• Perform other minor duties as requested by the warehouse manager.

Requirements:

• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to working the agreed-upon hours, with flexibility to accommodate busy and slow seasons.

Compensation:

• Starting at $15/hour, with opportunities for professional growth and financial advancement within Fine Designs.
• Evaluation for a raise after a 90-day probationary period.
• Weekly paid lunch meal.
• Opportunities for additional compensation through event deliveries.
