- Prioritize proper pacing of setting and clearing of menu items such as silverware and plates.
- Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly; and confirming guest satisfaction
- Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service, pre-bussing, etc.
- Assist servers and bartender by communicating menu changes, and/or other food related information
- Quickly and correctly transport food from the kitchen.
- Communicate respectfully with chefs (and kitchen team) as necessary
- Stocking and preparing service related items
- Performing opening and closing duties to standards required
- Setting up and detailing dining room and stations to standards required
- Assisting in cleaning and polishing wares
- Assisting in bathroom checks
- Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients, preparation, and/or execution of correct food and beverage service
- Assisting in deep cleaning of the restaurant
- Star Certification
- Food Handlers Permit

- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
