Main Responsibilities of a Barista:

• Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment.
• Selling coffee, baked goods, and to-go orders.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee/bakery-case/counter area
• Restocking and rotating products in our baked goods case
• Tracking inventory of baked goods and coffee service products, communicating par levels to managers for ordering needs in a timely fashion.
• Operating our Toast POS, taking customer orders, handling payment and fulfilling carry-out orders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.

• Must have prior experience as a barista.
