Position Title: Catering Team Member
Reports to: Catering Team Lead
Department: Outside Sales
Position Summary
The Catering Team Member will work closely with the Catering Team Lead assisting with both pickup and delivery orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Catering Team Member will maintain the high-quality standards Chick-fil-A St. Joseph is known for. The Catering Team Member will work in partnership with Back of House (Kitchen) to ensure production meets the demands of the business at all times, meets quality requirements, and prioritizes Food Safety.
Key Expectations
- Excellent driving record with valid driver's license (Must be 18).
- Ensure order accuracy, on-time deliveries, and payment methods.
- Being teachable and accountable to feedback and coaching from Catering Team Lead, Directors, Executive Directors, and Owner/Operator.
- Following up with guests for feedback and to inquire about their recent experience.
- Provide unforgettable hospitality within and beyond our restaurant.
- Being faithful to the execution of tasks assigned by Catering Team Lead.
- Have open availability to complete responsibilities and work when needed.
- Knowledgeable about Front and Back of House or Back of House operations to fill in where needed during slow catering times.
