We are a growing mechanical contracting company seeking a team player for our Talent Acquisition team.
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you'll shape candidates' first impressions of RSC and support our growth by managing interview scheduling and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
This role requires professionalism in interactions with candidates, leadership, and departments involved in recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage job postings and source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential hires.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person and video interviews.
- Extending job offers and creating offer letters.
- Handle background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with hiring managers, staffing agencies, HR, and executives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
