What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? We seek and develop leaders each and every day. We feel that everyone who joins our team are our next Operations Director. In fact we expect it and strive for it.
Everyone, even those with experience, start as Team Member's and have the option to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP). In our LDP program you will be given direct training and attention for your development and growth. Team Members who complete the LDP training become Team Trainers; then become Shift Leaders; then Assistant Directors and then Operations Directors. Everyone moves at their own pace, some move quicker than others (we like that. If you are hungry for growth, can do so while remaining humble and an asset to your team members then you can achieve your goals here very quickly.
