What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? Chick-fil-A takes you through many levels of growth based on individuals' expertise, pace and skill sets. Over a defined period of time and with the appropriate development of skill sets our Team Members may be able to move through many leadership titles and roles. Based on individual interest they can work from Team Member through various levels all the way to a Senior Director role.
