Our Restaurant Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Restaurant Leader’s two main areas of focus are coaching and development of team members. Restaurant Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Restaurant Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Partner with Directors to achieve business goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to Lead self and others.
- Able and willing to learn and teach Chick-fil-A procedures and processes.
