A Burger Bach Assistant Managing Director is responsible for: executing the operating expectations and standards that reinforce the brand to staff members, community and others; executing a culture of excellence and relentless improvement in his/her “Bach”; selecting and developing a strong bench of high quality talent inside the restaurant; sharing their passion for Burger Bach with hourly and management team members at every turn; and representing the Burger Bach brand to the community. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the guest experience is the number one priority at all times and execution is always top notch
- Be the go-to for any and all needs set forth by the Managing Director
- Embody our 5 core values to your full potential each day
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service (EVERY GUEST LEAVES HAPPY)
- Consistently communicate the vision for Burger Bach to his/her team through Managing Director’s instruction
- Help provide clear direction to the Team
- Contribute to directional meetings with management team as needed to ensure 100% consistency
- Execute our policies, objectives, and activities to ensure flawless operations
- Understand and execute fiscal goals, expectations and achievements set forth by Managing Director
- Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of his/her “Bach” – meeting objectives, identifying areas of cost reduction and sales growth
- Identify and develop talent in the restaurant
- Ensure all members of staff are fully trained
- Ensure your “Bach” is appropriately fully staffed at all times
- Ensure all marketing strategies are implemented fully and consistently through direction set forth by Managing Director
- Ensure compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving as well as building maintenance
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented according to standard.
- Have fun and create a conducive atmosphere.
