• Must be able to ensure team members follow printed recipes and achieve accurate flavor profiles for prepared food products
• Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed. 
• Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet tables in a timely manner with a warm welcome.
• Able to learn our menu and provide clear answers to any questions form the guests.
• Explain our restaurant concept to guests.
• Learn our steps of service and be able to execute at a high level. 
• Be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
• Communicate effectively with our team.
• Take orders and be able to use our POS system effectively. 
• Take carryout orders over the phone and execute our curbside pick up.
