- Must be able to ensure team members follow printed recipes and achieve accurate flavor profiles for prepared food products
- Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet tables in a timely manner with a warm welcome.
- Able to learn our menu and provide clear answers to any questions form the guests.
- Explain our restaurant concept to guests.
- Learn our steps of service and be able to execute at a high level.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Communicate effectively with our team.
- Take orders and be able to use our POS system effectively.
- Take carryout orders over the phone and execute our curbside pick up.
