Qualifications and Requirements:
- Availability for on-site work at our location 10001 Rea Rd Charlotte NC, 28277
- 1 years or more of leadership experience in a management role, in the restaurant industry a plus.
- Able and willing to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to cover all day parts (open, mid, close) including two nights closing..
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, honesty, communication, attention to detail, coaching mentality with a heart for serving others.
- Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution with guests and team members.
- Ability to work outside
- Ability to lead and coach others with care
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals in a fast paced environment
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Use Core 4 during guest interactions
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately with a sense of urgency
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, procedures and dress code at all times
- Learn all positions in your area of the restaurant
- Be a good steward of resources and equipment
- Complete all assigned training within a set time period
- Winning the hearts of guests through consistent execution of role fundamentals
- Other duties as assigned
