The North Edmond Chick-fil-A is seeking an Assistant Back of House Director who will be responsible for the overall flow of the back of house and will be expected to set the standard for signature service and lead by example. To do this, Assistant Directors need to actively show a passion for food safety and service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. Assistant Directors must follow procedure and ensure that others also follow procedure to maintain the safety and quality of our food. A cheerful attitude accompanied with initiative sets a great example for your team.
Position Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the specific and general duties of the back of house.
- Lead with humility.
- Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to local and state food safety procedures.
- Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people.
- Celebrate the success while still maintaining accountability and procedure with team members.
- Exhibit our Core Values and 2nd Mile Service qualities on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure that Chick-fil-A North Edmond is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards and locational goals.
- Build strong relationships with the leadership team as well as the team members.
- Ensure that everyone displays a professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure overall cleanliness, stock, and organization of the back of house

Pay ranges from 40-45k per year based on education and experience.
