Overview:

  • Lead by example, setting the standard for operational excellence
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Handle operational tasks during a $4000 hour while maintaining quality standards
  • Effectively communicate goals and expectations to the team
  • Provide your team both positive and critical feedback
  • Identify obstacles throughout the shift and take appropriate action immediately
  • Demonstrate basic food safety knowledge and conduct assessments each shift
  • Resolve guest concerns with confidence and according to company standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum availability of 35+ hours/week, including Saturdays
  • Open/close availability across 4 days
