Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create connections with guests
Work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Cheerful and positive attitude
Detail-oriented and customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently or in a team
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 28 lbs regularly
