Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and create connections with guests
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and customer service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently or in a team
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 28 lbs regularly
