Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable, and customer service oriented
- Joyful attitude and loves serving others
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team environment
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule with a weekly average of 32 hours
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. regularly
- Attain ServSafe certification within four months of hire
- Stand working on the floor for approximately 32 hours every week
- Memorize the store's vision/mission statement and core values
