What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? At Chick-fil-A Waterloo, we provide ample opportunity for our Team Members to develop leadership skills by being Team Leaders (coaching individuals and leading an area of the restaurant), Supervisors (leading a team and owning an area of a department), Directors (owning a Department and growing metrics), or Executives (owning and developing the restaurant as a whole).
Our leaders are provided with additional growth opportunities, such as training at new Chick-fil-A restaurant grand openings, a path toward franchise ownership/operation, a path toward corporate positions, and development workshops.
