We are a leading Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine clinic, seeking a dedicated and skilled Xray Tech / Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
What You Do:
Work as an integral member of a collaborative team to provide amazing patient care from check-in to check-out, and perform routine clinical tasks including but not limited to:
- Operating imaging equipment (LMRT license accepted)
- Preparing patients for x-rays and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Triaging patients, monitoring vitals, and maintaining accurate medical records
- Administering medications and performing routine laboratory tests
- Assisting providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Have:
- Current CA state licensure as an X-Ray Technician or Limited License X-Ray Technician (required)
- Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- A positive vibe, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
Pay Range: $25 - $31 per hour, commensurate with experience + consistent overtime pay
