CityRange Steakhouse is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Host/Hostess.

What will you be doing most days?

-Greet guests as soon as they enter the building with a friendly, clear, relaxing, and courteous demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction during all stages of service.

-Seat or direct guests to the appropriate table for them to enjoy their experience with us.

-Answer the phone with friendly and clear communication to help guest to the best of your ability or direct the call to the appropriate team member.

-Communicating Togo orders to the kitchen by recording guests' beverage and meal requests, offering knowledgeable recommendations as necessary.

-Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guests' orders.

-Deliver complete orders from the kitchen to both in-store and curbside pick-up orders.

-Issue bills and collect payment, including credit card payments or cash payments with the correct change returned.

-Assist other servers as needed.

 -Maintain a high level of ethics.

-Able to learn all menu items offered.

-Able to perform high-quality work throughout shift.

-Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

-A positive attitude and ability to work well under restaurant volume pressured shift with other servers, server assistant, bartenders, cooks, and other staff.

-Able to be flexible as obstacles during a shift present themselves.

-You are able to stand and be one your feet for long periods of time.

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing and for extended periods of time.
