Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Asphalt Supervisor to oversee all aspects of asphalt work on our construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering quality work on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all asphalt work meets or exceeds quality standards, adhering to project specifications and building codes.
• Project Management: Plan, organize, and supervise asphalt crews, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all team members.
• Material & Resource Management: Optimize material usage and manage equipment, ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.
• Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Office 365 tools to maintain accurate records of work orders, project timelines, and material usage.
