Back of House Team Member Responsibilities include but are not limited to…
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently all while meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift.
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times of day.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes and all new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A Forest Drive rules and regulations and Chick-fil-A Forest Drive dress code at all times.
Back of House Team Member Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation.
- Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required as well as working well under pressure.
