The Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the daily operations of a multi million-dollar quick service restaurant. They play a key role in a specific area of the restaurant business (assigned based on their skills and interests) and assist with shift management to ensure each restaurant guest and team member has an outstanding experience. Coordinators may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a Supervisor or Director; following established opening and closing procedures. Coordinators are also responsible for training team members, ensuring the mission and goals of the restaurant are accomplished, and striving for restaurant growth.

Additional Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation.
- Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required as well as working well under pressure.
