Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned motorcycles. This includes helping when needed with the sales team, service department, maintaining clean inventory and assisting in lot tech responsibilities.
Daily website check of all promotions, pricing,units photoed and displayed properly.
Ensure the sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit.
Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
Determine sales quota for sales persons in accordance to their skill levels.
Oversee sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used vehicles. Creating a positive memorable unit delivery experience.
Maintain a positive level of customer service and adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers and dealership employees.
Establish realistic sales and f&I forecasts.Initiate and maintain an inventory control system, for getting units to the sales floor ready to sell.
