Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Manage employee relations and promote a positive work culture

Recruiting

  • Screen online candidates for interviews
  • Maintain hiring site and ensure compliance with onboarding paperwork
  • Create offer letters and bonus structures

Employee Files

  • Audit new Team Member files
  • Complete annual W-2 distribution
  • Remove terminated leaders from systems

Insurance

  • Assess benefits annually and facilitate open enrollment
  • Monitor benefit eligibility and notify employees

Legal Compliance

  • Keep up with Labor Laws and ensure compliance
  • Facilitate employee reviews and handbook compliance
  • Assist with payroll responsibilities
  •  Be up to date on labor laws and ensure all required signage is visible in the store and up to date.

AVAILABILITY/HOUR ALLOCATION

  • Must have open availability, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Minimum of 32 hours per week in the restaurant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Prior experience in HR
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
