In-Store Marketing Supervisor

Rate of pay$16 per hour

Responsibilities:


  1. Ensure that all instore marketing is executed -POP (Point of Purchase material) is up-to-date and properly displayed at the restaurant. 
  2. Develop and present yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing plans to the operator and execute them.
  3. Budget monthly marketing activities.
  4. Effectively communicate with operational leadership to ensure that all events/promotions run smoothly.
  5. Perform analysis of marketing tactics, strategies and events to determine their effectiveness.
  6. Handle all donation requests.
  7. Track transaction count and sales percentage change.
  8. Meet weekly with the operator for coaching and to discuss marketing plans.
  9. Oversee all catering client relationships and generate new client opportunities.
  10. Market Level Marketing 
  11. Review and be familiar with all market level activity.
  12. Receive emails and communicate with AMD as necessary.

  4. Execution and Analysis of Plans
  5. ECM Scores, AC Score, 2MS Score, and Cleanliness Score
