Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all instore marketing is executed -POP (Point of Purchase material) is up-to-date and properly displayed at the restaurant.
- Develop and present yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing plans to the operator and execute them.
- Budget monthly marketing activities.
- Effectively communicate with operational leadership to ensure that all events/promotions run smoothly.
- Perform analysis of marketing tactics, strategies and events to determine their effectiveness.
- Handle all donation requests.
- Track transaction count and sales percentage change.
- Meet weekly with the operator for coaching and to discuss marketing plans.
- Oversee all catering client relationships and generate new client opportunities.
- Market Level Marketing
- Review and be familiar with all market level activity.
- Receive emails and communicate with AMD as necessary.
