Section 2: Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of talented individuals
Work in position in the restaurant 50-75% of the time
Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
Collaborate with other leaders to achieve company goals
Provide restaurant leadership during lunch and dinner
Saturday availability
Available to solve problems and issues as they arise
Depending on interest and experience, opportunities may range from overseeing an area of the restaurant, such as the Back of House, or the Drive-Thru, or Human Resources, or leading the activities in the large portion of the restaurant.

Section 3: Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
Previous experience in a leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering delicious food and outstanding service

Section 4: Compensation

Starting pay: $22 - $26 per hour
