We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Heavy focus on quality control. Ensure items are prepared according to specifications, and that they are properly plated and garnished before delivering to the guest
- Double check to confirm all items are prepared correctly including any possible modifications
- Properly read notes and include any requested sauces, bread, parmesan cheese, etc. on the side
- Walk long distances carrying trays of food to deliver, multiple times as needed throughout shift
- Delivering food in a friendly manner using seat numbers, serving ladies first
- Announce the food, mentioning modifications as placing in front of guests. No auctioning off food
- Maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety protocols to be “health department ready”
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols including using a cut glove, slicer safety, safe lifting, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between the kitchen team and the FOH service team to ensure streamlined communication and organization
- Communicate in a positive and teamwork orientated way with all HOH and FOH team members
- Assist in running food and drinks
Job Requirements:
- Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
- Experience preferred
- Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Positive and Professional Attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must present a Food Handlers card within 30 days of hire
- Must be comfortable with repetitive movements
- Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
