ServiceMaster Restore -Water Damage Restoration Technician

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage situations promptly
• Assess damage and develop restoration plans
• Perform water extraction, demo, drying, and dehumidification
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restoration processes
• Use technology to assess, track and report ongoing job information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and be on-call periodically
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Excellent customer service
• Water Mitigation IICRC certification is preferred
• Clean background and driving record. Drug testing also required.
