Customer Service Representative- Part Time

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders and communication with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide and assist customers with general information, pricing of products and materials.
  • Follow up with customers regarding current open orders, items placed in will-call and status of back ordered products.
  • Other duties assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Effective and articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude, able to handle all situations professionally.
  • Ability to learn about product knowledge and adapt to changes as they occur.
  • General computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive and upbeat phone and voice etiquette with clear communication.
  • Bilingual preferred.
