Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manages workers in liquid manufacturing weighing, mixing, and filling department for liquid manufacturing division.
- Must assure compliance with GMP policies and SOP's.
- Oversees production workers to assure they complete their job responsibilities.
- Assists in pulling, mixing, and packaging production runs.
- Assign daily tasks to staff and follow them through to completion.
- Train new employees.
- Help with inventory control.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience necessary.
- Good communication Skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Experience working in 21 CFR 111 and 117 environments a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
