Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing content strategies across digital, print, and social media platforms, in close partnership with the sales team, and Creative Manager ensuring a cohesive brand representation across all consumer touchpoints.
• Maintain consistent product and packaging codes across core products, line extensions, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• An understanding of typography, layout, colors, and art direction to help produce the best work possible.
• Assures quality of final product before release.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent,
• Four to six years related experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. 
• Ability to conceptualize creative concepts.
• Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
