Chick-fil-A - Immediate Shift Leader Position

Join Chick-fil-ASouthlands as a Shift Leader and take on the responsibility of effectively leading the team through daily operations. You will create shift schedules, delegate tasks, handle cash, and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to uphold the company's Vision, Values, and Team Norms. Work closely with the Manager Team to equip and lead team members to success while meeting operational goals.
