The ideal candidate will have open availability until 2:00 PM, possess the ability to lift 50lbs, and be enthusiastic about maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
Receive and organize incoming inventory from deliveries
Safely and efficiently put away stock in designated areas
Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Kitchen Preparation
Prepare the kitchen for daily operations
Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and ingredients are readily available
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food storage areas
- Food preparation
Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Team collaboration
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Communicate effectively with team members and management
