Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smiles when interacting with guests
Create and Maintain Eye Contact
Speak Enthusiastically
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Available for at least 12 hours per week and able to work Saturdays
Consistent and reliable
Cheerful and positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others
Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to multi-task under pressure
Works well independently and in a team environment
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors at any point in the year
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
Able to stand for long periods of time
