How you win:

• Trains, coaches, and guides team members

What We Ask for:

• Minimum of two (2) years of Restaurant management experience; QSR or fast casual is preferred
• Strong communicator able to effectively coach and give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy
• Driven leader with a growth mindset of continuous improvement
• Systems and processes oriented
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Open availability and ability to work a changing schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
