At our Salem service location, we are currently seeking a Parts Counter Specialist. This role involves handling quotations and orders for vehicle parts, with the objective of ensuring smooth operations in our auto workshop.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate quotes for vehicle parts
• Manage ordering process for parts
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors

Qualifications and Experience:

A sound understanding of automobiles and their parts is essential for this role.
