What is it like to work at Chick-fil-A? Working at Chick-fil-A of Morganton is fast paced and fun. It is our goal to build a team that works well together and enjoys their job. Our frontline team members spend most of their time serving the public, while our back-of-house team members have limited exposure to the public.
