• 3-5 years of restaurant experience in upscale concept
• High volume background is preferred
• Excellent leadership,communication, and organizational skills
• Toast proficiency is a plus

About the Job:

Captains at Brennan's are responsible for serving guests in a professional and welcoming manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Our Captains are also our culture bearers, embodying our guest forward "House of Yes" mentality, leading by example, as well as mentoring and developing our less experienced staff. Our Captains must be able to multi-task and be skilled at all aspects of hospitality and guest interactions, to include building professional relationships with guests, anticipating guests needs, and looking for ways to go above and beyond to create lifetime memories. Captains must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, hospitality, the city, and delivering on our service standards.

Applicant must have 3+ years of experience in a fine dining restaurant
