ButterMilk Ranch, a beloved small-batch bakery and day dining destination, is searching for a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on offering handcrafted dishes, locally sourced ingredients, and an inviting atmosphere for our guests. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the Front of House (FOH) team: Ensure smooth daily operations while motivating staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences: Foster a welcoming environment, promptly addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, coordinate staff schedules, and assist with inventory.
• Maintain ButterMilk Ranch’s high standards: Ensure the team follows our service guidelines, cleanliness standards, and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team: Work closely with the back-of-house to ensure efficient service and clear communication.
• Mentor and train staff: Help develop your team through coaching, feedback, and support, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
• Problem-solving: Address any operational or customer service issues with calm professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or café setting.
• Strong passion for hospitality with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems, staff scheduling, and inventory management is preferred.
