ButterMilk Ranch is in search of an upbeat, positive Host to be the first friendly face our guests see when they visit our restaurant. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment and knows when to kick it into high gear. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that every guest's experience starts and ends on a high note.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist with guest inquiries.
- Seat guests promptly and thoughtfully, taking into account their preferences and the flow of the restaurant.
- Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Cooperate with all team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
