Responsibilities include taking meet and greet reservations over the phone, in person, and online, scheduling boarding/daycare, and managing and obtaining vet records. Duties also include checking dogs in and out and cash handling. Will include some dog handling. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and strong customer relation skills a must. Strong multi-tasker, work well individually or in a team environment. Keep the direct customer contact area, such as front desk, and other areas clean and sanitized.
- Provide courteous service to all customers, specifically remembering dogs and pet parents names
- Interest in animal welfare.
- Assist with building the business (IE: Reminder calls, Greet customers on the sales floor).
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, perform routine housekeeping to maintain appearance of all aspects of the building
