Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Communicates with restaurant customers, teammates, and managers in a positive manner.
• Maintains the highest level of "WOW" Hospitality.
• Support the General Manager in the use of all systems and restaurant training programs.
• Strive to enhance our guest's experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
• Increase restaurant sales and profit by building community relationships/partnerships and providing outstanding products and services.
• Ensure an effective work schedule is posted each week.
• Demonstrate effective interviewing skills for hiring only top performers.
• Responsible for all levels of staffing and new hire orientations.
• Ensure all training and certifications processes are in place and 100% compliant.
• Executes action plans using systems, training, operation manuals, and all other available resources.
• Review daily numbers each day of work and coach and praise their results to the other team members.
• Oversee FOH and BOH operations in compliance with Krystal Standards.
• Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations in include; product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability.

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Prior to entering the position, the candidate must complete a background check.
• In-store training program completed.
