Back of House Manager

Rate of pay$17 - 18 per hour

Chick-fil-A Georgia Street is currently hiring for full time Kitchen Managers.

*Must be able to work closing shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays. Closing duties are generally completed by 11:30p-midnight each night.

Position Type:

  • Full-time
  • Must be available to close at least 3 nights per week
  • Available to work Fridays and Saturdays
  • Must be available to work 3 Saturdays per month

Back of House Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Reliable and Efficient - in this position you'll be responsible for leading effective shifts and maintaining quality standards. This is awesome but also a challenge in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You must be independent and responsible!
  • Passion and Values Teamwork - you must care about people, deeply. Our purpose is: "To make lives better by making days better." You'd be doing that as one of our Shift Managers. You'll need to be able to lead teams of people in a busy, challenging atmosphere as well as talk to strangers and discover their needs so we can better serve them. You'll be taking care of adults, children, families… you name it!
