FOH Director is responsible for:
- Interview and selecting talent.
- Training and developing team and creating bench.
- Planning and executing weekly schedules.
- Planning and attending weekly meetings.
- The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru
- Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders and Team Members who work drive-thru. Those behaviors include:
- Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Leading and being an example of remarkable Hospitality.
- Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence.
- Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all members of the Drive-Thru team
- Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization
- Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team

FOH Director should:
· Work a minimum of forty hours per week in the restaurant
· Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
· Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Drive-Thru related goals and success factors to Team Members
· Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
· Effectively coach and give direction
· Align hiring, training, and evaluation practices with the Vision of the organization and the Thematic Goal for the year
· Enthusiastically and passionately lead the FOH team including Drive-Thru.
· Visit other locations and bring back ideas on how to improve our operations.
