Assistant Director of Marketing

Rate of pay$23 - 24 per hour

Leadership Role: Manage business operations leading a team of 60+.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Director of Guest Experience & Marketing 
  • Lead a team of 30+
  • Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
  • Complete department work 5-7 hours/week
  • Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Maintain social media presence
  • Lead community events and maintain community relationships
  • Follow up with all catering orders
  • Knowledge of all restaurant and market giveaways

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or other related field and/or 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Humble servant-leader
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong project/time management skills
  • Self-starter with strong follow through
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects
  • Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change
