Leadership Role: Manage business operations leading a team of 60+.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Guest Experience & Marketing
- Lead a team of 30+
- Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
- Complete department work 5-7 hours/week
- Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
- Maintain social media presence
- Lead community events and maintain community relationships
- Follow up with all catering orders
- Knowledge of all restaurant and market giveaways
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing or other related field and/or 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Humble servant-leader
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong project/time management skills
- Self-starter with strong follow through
- Ability to work independently on complex projects
- Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change
