Leadership Role: Manage business operations leading a team of 20+.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20+
- Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
- Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
- Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of hiring, development, and growth of the team
- Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
- Assist Director of Talent and Development
- Lead development of a team of 20+
