Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 30+ in FOH operations
- Develop future leaders
- Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
- Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week
- Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
- Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
- Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
- Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
- Develop future leaders
